Connection is KING

THREE DAYS OF BRINGING A COMPANY TOGETHER TO CONNECT.

LEANRING. ENGAGING AND HAVING FUN!

This event started off at IMAX Leicester Square, a company wide presentation happening simultaneously across 4 countries.

After checking in 400 people, we kicked off with a surprise performer to rally up the energy in the room... a beatboxer! Who was absolutely mesmerizing and very talented, its certainly an attention grabber and a great way to start a session.

After lots of top secret content we got everyone up and participating in a fun icebreaker with our energetic moderator, George!

Then came the fun part...ACTIVITIES!!

The next two days consisted of bursts of both meetings and activities in their office.

The purpose was to connect with each other, learning what the different departments were working on with stop by meetings. But also building relationships and having fun, connecting through activities.

As our client is within a creative field we had to include a couple of creative outlets!

The Mosaic coaster making workshop was a crowd favourite, a hands on activity allowing full self expression. Something to keep on your desk that you can be proud of.

HAVE YOU EVER WALKED THE PLANK?

Stepping into a virtual reality, will you be able to step out the elevator at the top of a skyscraper onto a plank? ...Valerie couldn't!!

ARE YOU COMPETITIVE?

Competitions of Basketball, Table Football, Dance Machine and Strike a light took place!

ARE YOU CREATIVE?

Not all corporate activities need to be loud, informative and a form of team building.

Making sure that everyone has something to do and enjoy is key to a successful activity afternoon.

A creative outlet that was always busy during this event was Notebook painting. Simple, easy and so therapeutic. Guests could spend 5 minutes or 30 minutes working on their masterpiece.

Our master inhouse artist, Amy, is always on hand to give inspiration!

Alongside notebook decorating, guests could have a go at origami.

How well can you follow step by step instructions? ...time will tell when you ask your colleague what your paper animal is meant to be ;)

We also had a mosaic wall photo booth, magnetic block kingdom, a memory game, an awards selfie station, artisan coffee station and bubble tea for guests to enjoy! (Far to much to photograph)

How do you know if an event was a success?

Having the feedback that they cant wait to do it again...ASAP.

As always, we had a fabulous team of staff working alongside us to make this a seamless event. Thank you to all those who worked, participated and supported. <3
