Job responsibilities
• Bespoke and creative proposal development
• Controlling project budgets from start to finish
• Managing events and incentive projects of any size
• Helping to build and develop customer and supplier relationships
• Mastering project management and database in our CRM (training provided)
Required skills:
• Initiative and multitasking skills
• Strong ability to think on your feet
• A good set of maths and Microsoft office
• Strong interest and experience in the events industry
• Being a positive minded, challenge driven team player
• Priding yourself on going extra mile in customer service
• Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Interest and knowledge in the UK and European venues, hotels and other event suppliers
Suggested start date: September 2023 or asap
Flexibility from C-Wise:
• The job is offered as a 12 month maternity cover contract, with high probability of switching to permanent contract
• Workplace is a combination of the office (co-working space in central London or Kingston/Richmond), working from home and being onsite for meetings, inspections and Client events
• We are open for junior candidates (for an assistant role), senior candidates for project management role or freelancers for flexible time schedule
